Cisco-Apple tight-lipped over iPhone truce (CNN.com)

SAN JOSE, California (AP) -- The short-lived legal battle between Cisco Systems Inc. and Apple Inc. over the "iPhone" name was only on the surface a trademark-infringement dispute involving identically named multimedia telephones.
