Web service Zillow has packaged its real estate services into an app for iPhone and iPod touch that can easily display the stats and values of more than 88 million homes in the U.S., including those that are for sale or have recently been sold.

Palo Alto-based startup Booyah has announced it has secured $4.5 million in early financing from noted investment firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and will release its first product, a "playful life companion" for iPhone, this spring. Apple's update to the iPhone this year will not only be necessary for the new video recording feature but will also have a better display, according to a purported leak from those with access to the new hardware. To some, AT&T's agreement to sell iPhones seemed ill-advised at first. Apple ( AAPL ) CEO Steve Jobs set some exacting demands in exchange for granting AT&T the sole U.S. rights to the iPhone. U.S. carriers had always maintained nearly complete control over the devices on their networks.
