Cisco Systems Inc. said late Thursday it has agreed to give Apple Inc. until Feb. 21 to respond to its iPhone lawsuit. Cisco is suing Apple for trademark infringement after Apple unveiled plans for its long-anticipated multimedia iPhone during MacWorld in January.
